As part of our future growth, we plan to launch an internship and workforce development program for college students and young professionals seeking real-world experience in the construction and property development industry.
This program will provide hands-on opportunities to learn alongside experienced professionals in areas such as construction management, project coordination, property development, skilled trades, and business operations.
Our goal is simple: help develop the next generation of hardworking industry leaders while continuing to strengthen the workforce throughout Smithfield, Isle of Wight County, and Hampton Roads.
